Oxygen Booster Pack

The Booster Pack is an air powered unit capable of reaching an oxygen pressure of 280 bar. It is ideal for topping up cylinders in the aircraft, diving and medical industries.

The booster, valves and pressure gauge are mounted in an aluminum alloy box, with easy access for maintenance.

The valves are finger-tip control and the hose connections are 1/4" BSP for inlet and outlet oxygen and 3/8" BSP for the air inlet.

Drive pressures for the air is up to 10 bar and required flow rates are 400lpm although the unit will work on lower air flow rates-it just takes a bit longer to fill the cylinders.

Oxygen flow rates are up to 400lpm depending on storage cylinder pressures. Ideally storage cylinder pressure should not go below 60 bar for outlet oxygen pressures of 140 bar and 120 bar for outlet oxygen pressures of 200 bar.
