Aviation Oxygen Business Aircraft - APD 1150

APD1150 is an oxygen conserving device designed to extend the duration of oxygen cylinders over that experienced when cylinders are used in continuous flow applications. The APD1150 conserves oxygen by dosing only on the inhalation phase of breathing and only over the required time frame to deliver an equivalency of 16.5cc / litre per minute of oxygen to the equivalent continuous flow setting. The device will require connection to a regulated source of oxygen since it will not have its own regulator.

The Pulse Dose™ wave form gives true 3:1 conservation of oxygen in the cylinder. This allows the patient considerably longer use from the cylinder than they would have with the same cyilnder fitted with a continuous flow regulator.
